The Saucony Xodus Ultra 2 Runshield is designed to give you maximum comfort and dry feet over the long haul.

Keep your feet warm and dry while you run through puddles, snow, slush and more— the waterproof Runshield upper keeps the elements out and uses ripstop fabric that is as rugged and tough as the trails you take them on. Plus, there is an internal midfoot cage to help secure your foot with a nice lockdown so you have the confidence to tackle uneven trails.

The Xodus Ultra 2 has plenty of cushion underfoot and extra room in the toe box for long miles on the trail. Its PWRRUN PB foam midsole is lightweight, responsive and springy to give you an energy boost for those later miles, while Saucony’s PWRRUN frame adds stability when you’re running over uneven terrain.

These trail shoes let you run technical trails with ease. Saucony used a three-piece PWRTRAC outsole to give you plenty of grip in unfavorable conditions, while the rock guard and debris shield protect your foot from rocks, roots and dirt.

What’s New

Saucony designers made some minor tweaks in the Saucony Xodus Ultra 2 to give you an even better experience on the trails. They increased the foam in the heel for more comfort and a more secure fit. The other changes were made to the upper, offering it in Runshield version for the first time and giving it a better fit. They slightly altered the heel to make it softer and changed the lacing system by adding two additional eyelets to let you personalize the fit.
