• Arch Shape: The shape and height of the insole beneath your arches and heel. If your feet have high arches, you may prefer Superfeet with a medium-high arch shape. • Insole Thickness: The amount of space the insole will take up in your shoe. Models with a max thickness use more space and work best in footwear with a removable liner.
