HOKA Tecton X
Features
Attack the trails with the carbon-plated HOKA Tecton X.
Inspired by the Earth’s tectonic plates, the Tecton X has two parallel carbon plates and provides a propulsive, smooth and efficient stride on uneven terrain. The carbon plates provide you with protection from rocks and roots, while giving you a snappy ride without being overly stiff. The soft and responsive ProFlyX™ foam gives you enough cushion to run for miles, yet it’s energetic enough to pick up the pace for hard training or a race. Testers in our HOKA Tecton X review loved the shoe’s lively feel both on and off road.
A Vibram® Megagrip with Litebase construction outsole will give you confidence on tricky terrain. This lightweight outsole contains sticky rubber technology designed to maximize ground contact and traction. Plus, HOKA designed the Tecton X with a toe rand to protect your feet from rocks and trail debris.
The upper consists of a jacquard engineered mesh, which is breathable and comfortable. It provides for a secure midfoot lockdown to help you run aggressively on the trails.
The HOKA Tecton X gives you a carbon-plated racing shoe that is durable enough for training miles yet will help you cross the finish line faster.
