• Upper: Everything about the Vaporfly 3 is fine-tuned for success, including the upper. This lightweight upper has specifically selected Flyknit yarns with engineered zones to give you breathability and a soft, supportive design that conforms to your foot. A wider forefoot gives you a more accommodating fit, while light padding on the tongue reduces pressure from laces on the top of your foot.
• Midsole: A full-length carbon fiber plate gives you a propulsion system that will send you flying. The ZoomX midsole foam is super responsive with plenty of energy return for a springy, energetic ride. The geometry of the shoe reduces the weight on the inside of your foot to give you a stable ride when you are running as fast as you can.
• Outsole: A thin outsole rubber keeps the shoe lightweight and allows for more ZoomX foam underfoot. A new Waffle outsole pattern with perforations gives you multi-surface traction in wet road conditions.
