This shoe is full of cushion and comfort thanks to the amount of super soft and bouncy DNA Loft v2 midsole foam underfoot. One of the best shoes for standing all day, the Brooks Ghost Max uses a unique rocker geometry to make your walks and runs feel effortless while taking pressure off of the soft tissues in your feet.

- Upper: Breathable mesh. The high volume linear last is accommodating to many different foot shapes and allows you to easily put an orthotic insert into this shoe. A padded tongue and collar complete this comfortable upper.
- Midsole: a high stack of super-soft DNA Loft v2 foam and Brooks’ GlideRoll Rocker work together to decrease pressure underfoot for protective comfort. The GlideRoll Rocker makes your runs feel effortless and it seamlessly rolls you through your heel/toe transitions.
- Outsole: A wider last gives you a more stable and protected ride, while a central decoupled outsole provides additional stability that doesn’t interfere with a neutral stride.

Differences Between Brooks Ghost 15 and Ghost Max
The biggest difference between the Brooks Ghost 15 and Ghost Max is the heel-to-toe transition experience. The Brooks Ghost 15 is designed to be flexible and move with your foot, while the Brooks Ghost Max is designed to move for your foot—so it’s slightly more rigid with a rocker for smoother transitions.
Another thing you will notice about the Ghost Max vs. the Brooks Ghost 15 is that the Brooks Ghost Max has more cushion and a taller midsole stack height. To complement the different transition experience, the heel-to-toe offset of the Ghost Max is 6 mm as opposed to the Ghost 15’s 12 mm drop. Brooks added 8 mm more cushion in the forefoot and 2 mm more cushion in the heel of the Ghost Max.

Cute and Comfortable
Have developed a toe joint problem and these are soo much more comfortable than any others I tried on. I can walk without pain! Also my doctor highly recommended this shoe.

Very few wide width options
I would give 5 stars if more colors options were available in wide widths. People needing wide widths like color options too!!
Think I got it way too big for my feet!
Very comfortable shoes the only reason I’m not liking it so much is I think I got the width way too big on me I could’ve settled for just wide not extra wide there’s too much room on my toes that I feel like my shoes is going to come off but other than that shoes are so comfortable and walking on it is like walking on clouds. I will recommend this to anyone. Brooks make really comfortable shoes this is my fifth one on that brand. Maybe I can exchange it for a wide.
