• Upper: The upper features Topo’s signature fit—it has a roomy toe box with a secure midfoot and heel. They redesigned the MTN Racer 3 with even more room in the toe box. The lacing system really allows for a good midfoot lockdown to keep you nimble on your feet. Plus, it is compatible with the Topo Gaiter to keep rocks and debris out.
• Midsole: The new ZipFoam® midsole material provides the perfect balance between soft cushioning and a snappy response. Topo also added 3 mm of foam underfoot to give you more protection and cushion.
• Outsole: The MTN Racer 3 features a Vibram® Megagrip outsole that provides a ton of traction, grip and durability, especially in wet conditions.
