These shoes for my average feet very well. They are comfy to wear all day. I do have sore feet most of the time and these shoes keep them pain free. I took away a star because the laces are too short.

Absolutely delighted! I have worn Brooks for many years and thanks to Larry at your North Raleigh location I will definitely be continuing an even happier client!!! I have since purchased repeat pair at an excellent sale price and will be working with Larry again on my next pair of Brooks! I could not ask for better Customer Care Support Service and Professionalism above and beyond that I received from this wonderful gentleman!

I came into Feet Fleet looking for a shoe to alleviate the excruciating plantar fasciitis pain I was dealing with. I was headed to Europe for several weeks and knew I was going to do a lot of walking. I was concerned my foot pain would impede my trip. I got my feet and gait assessed and this shoe was one of the recommended ones. I was skeptical that a shoes would be able to alleviate my foot pain but I was desperate and willing to try anything. Boy I was proven wrong. These shoes did wonders! Highly recommend. Little to mild pain the entire trip and we walked nearly 100 miles. Wow!!

Love these they give support without being heavy! Definitely will be getting another pair!

I had the regular width and it was tight on the top of my foot. I got the wide width and love them.

I love Brooks but usually leave Fleet Feet feeling rushed after choosing shoes. I bought Glycerins six months ago but was told I needed Glycerin GTS this time. I asked if I could do the digital foot measuring machine again and was told no that he could just watch me walk. The associate insisted on bringing out shoes that were 1/2 size too small because they were low on size 9s. The store didn’t have the recommended shoes in stock and I was asked to log into my account on the store’s computer to place the order. I could have just done that at home. At first the Glycerin GTSs hurt my feet where the guardrail is & are NOT as bouncy as the regular Glycerins but I’ve already worn them so I’ll wear them until it’s time to buy another pair. For reference I don’t run in mine only walk. Overall not my best experience with Fleet Feet formerly Run On (I believe)

Brooks glycerin my 2nd pair made a positive feedback loop of healing from Achilles tendinitis and misalignment of toes. Gave my feet space and support plus cushioning so I could move more and more.

Great shoe! Trained and raced in them. On my second pair and can’t recommend enough.

Most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Plenty of room in the toe box. I need to be able to wiggle my toes and thus shoe is perfect.

My favorite shoes. I’ve tried other Brooks and these with the GTS technology are my third pair for a reason. Thanks to Fleet feet for helping me find them!

Second pair of Glycerin 20’s this year and for me the GTS didn’t feel better so I ended up with the regular Glycerin.

I was shipped a completely different shoe. When I went back to the store I was told my size in this style was no longer available.

Omg I love my Brooks Glycerin GTS 20 I walk 5 miles 4 days a week and they are the best so if you’re looking for support and a cushion this is the one I wish there was more colors to choose from ( hint)

I bought these 2-3 months ago and I love them! My runs are great; my feet feel fully supported and I’m even able to get pick up. No pain in knees hips or heels when I run in these. Will be purchasing another pair soon t trade in and out.

These shoes were such a disappointment. I loved previous versions of the Glycerin and they have always fit like a cloud on my feet. However the new Glycerin 20 rubs the side of my foot raw on long runs. I tried different socks and even exchanged these shoes for a wider pair and they STILL rubbed the side of my foot near my foot pad raw. It would feel so painful during long runs that I would have to stop and walk. These are not good for high mileage or any sort of running. After reading the reviews it looks like other people experienced the same problem.

These shoes are great and I love the purple. Pretty colors like purple are hard to find in wide widths. They’re almost always gray white or black. Why don’t these shoes come in more colors? Women with wide feet like teal blue peach orange yellow and pink too. I’d buy more if there were more colors.

These shoes are extremely comfortable I get thru my day with ease in these.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable for standing walking or running. I now have 4 pairs 2 GTS and 2 regular. The GTS is definitely firmer support which is good for me as I've had plantar fascists but they are all comfortable for full active days.

I recently swapped shoe brands and tried another brand. It was good for long period standing but as far as long walks or jogging . I had to go back to my brooks. My feet started hurting and my Brooks seem to be the best fit. Love my Brooks.

This is my second pair of Brooks GTS. They are really perfect for my feet and look great. But 2 things: 1. the shoe laces do not stay tied for a whole day - annoying. 2. the tongue is not wide enough at the top to stay under the sides without serious adjustments - annoying.

These shoes have been wonderful. My feet hurt so bad when I walked into fleet feet to get a new pair of shoe. I heard that they have you walk across this machine to see what shoe style works best for your feet. I would recommend everyone to do this. For the first time in a long time my feet don't hurt. These shoe are just want I needed. I work out in them I can wear them all day shopping or whatever I'm doing and my feet don't hurt. I have had them about a month so far they have held up great. They are great!

I have hard to fit feet. These shoes are narrower in the heel wider in the toe box and supportive for plantar fasciitis. They also have a bit of stability built in. They are perfect for all my exercising needs.

By far my favorite pair of Brooks to date! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The cushion the support and color options are all excellent. Very happy with this purchase! I will definitely be getting another pair when the time comes.

Love the colors of the shoe can go with almost any outfit. True to size. I would have given these a 5 stars but had to delete one star for comfort. I feel the soles of the shoe is a bit hard.

I have some neuropathy in my toes. Nothing was working. My toes were searching for balance and I felt very insecure on uneven ground.These shoes turned the tide!!!! My feet are happy; my balance is so much better. I no longer worry about my feet!I live on a Kentucky farm. My first pair is worn on the farm for mucking horse stalls and in the garden. The second pair are my go to town shoes.My big question: Can these running shoes hold up to hard wear on the farm? Can I be a research project for Brooks to see how they will hold up to hard wear getting dirty getting wet? So far so good!

After doing the in-store 3D foot scan this style was recommended to me by the team. Totally changed how I jog and exercise. No more back pain etc Thank you Feet Fleet and shout-out to their amazing crew on 14th street.

These Brooks shoes are the most comfortable! Love them:) I wish I could remember the young man’s name who helped me get fitted and suggested these for my foot issues . He rocks! Fleet Feet Augusta GA was were he helped me but since they were out of my size he showed me how to order online. Tysm

So happy Brooks came out with another really supportive but very comfortable shoe that also has room for my orthotics!
