Tried a diff type of shoe not my favorite

The fit is not the same as other asics shoes I’ve worn before. The way the top part above the toes bend it’s stiff and pokes into my foot. Granted it’s a different type of shoe I normally wear (like the nimbus or GTs) and didn’t plan to run in them like the other styles but even walking has an annoying pain to them.
