As the Covid-19 pandemic canceled Fleet Feet Running Club events in the Capital Region, we decided to try to fulfill our desires to get together on Saturday mornings by having some of our training program coaches lead some discussions about running via Zoom meetings. This turned out to be a very popular series of discussions on a variety of topics ranging from figuring out how to breathe while running to what type of speed work one should do to help their running. We quickly became aware that some of you were actually out running during these discussions and really wanted us to record the talks. We listened and recorded so that you can listen later. These are the recordings from our first series of "Tread Talks." If you have ideas for future topics or other comments, please email john.williams.searle@fleetfeetalbany.com. We look forward to hearing from you and please enjoy our first Tread Talks: Coffee with the Coaches.
