Group Runs

Our runs mix the best parts of the sport -- running and community!

The running: We host social group runs (2-5 miles with a social hour afterwards) and other special events like trail runs, themed runs, and raffle runs. Everyone is invited, regardless of pace, experience, age, or ability. Think you will be the slowest one? Who cares?! Our runs have runners of all paces (really). Come move with us and meet your people!

The community: Community is simple -- just show up! If it's your first time, chat with us at the sign in table and we'll introduce you to some of our regulars.

Run & Social - Fleet Feet x Capital Region Run Club at Nine Pin Cider Works, Albany

Join us for another great run and social at the Nine Pin Cider Tasting Room in Albany. We're jumping onto Capital Region Run Club's regular Thursday night run to bring a great time to anyone who wants to swing in!

• Location: Nine Pin Cider Works, 929 Broadway, Albany
• Time: 5:45 pm
• Route/Distance: Out and back for any distance on the Empire State Trail along the Hudson. We'll also have a 5.5mi loop option starting the same direction.
• Social hour afterwards, grab a drink (alcholic & NA options) and make some friends!
• No registration required -- just show up!

Malta 5k Lead-up Run at Unified Beerworks

Join us for a run in preparation for the Malta 5k! We'll meet at Unified Beerworks at 6pm, head out for some running (your pace, your distance), and then gather back at Unified for a drink or two. Unified has beer, hard seltzer, and (of course) water.

• Time: 6:00 pm
• Route/Distance: We'll have a 4 mile loop, but out and back will keep you near the group
• No registration required -- just show up!
