Half- and Full-Marathon programs are designed to help you maximize your commitment to these popular, yet challenging distances. You should be running at least 20 miles per week for the 13.1 program and 25 miles per week for the 26.2 program on your own when the program starts. Coach Mark Mindel, long-time half- and full-marathon coach at Fleet Feet Malta with 40+ years of experience, will be overseeing the program that will run from Sunday, August 15 to Sunday, November 14. The first meeting will take place at Shenantaha Creek Park (Solo Truck Road, Malta) on Sunday, August 15, at 7:00 AM. Group runs are Sundays at 7:00 AM and Thursdays at 6:00 PM.
