Yoga is the perfect active recovery workout for runners and athletes. This Fleet Feet Yoga class will strengthen and lengthen your muscles, and increase your balance and stability - keeping your mind & body healthy and your feet on the road. This class is appropriate for people of all abilities and levels of yoga experience (including yoga newbies). Class will be led by Rebecca Giudici. Participants will spend 60 minutes in movement, breath and meditation and should come prepared with a yoga mat, two 4" foam blocks and be ready to have fun. This class is an 8 week session that meets at Fleet Feet Malta (37 Kendall Way) on Monday evenings from 6:30-7:30PM starting on April 10 and ending on June 5. (We will be skipping Memorial Day, May 29).
I am an authentic, heartfelt, and committed yoga instructor with advanced training in Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Children’s Yoga, Law of Attraction, and InnerAlign Healing Modality. I specialize in Level 1,2 & 3 Vinyasa Flow with an integrative approach to yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and the chakra system. I encourage students to open up awareness to their overall wellbeing through mind, body, and soul. We all find Yoga for many different reasons. I was an athlete in my early days, a runner for much of my life and have practiced yoga for 15+ years. I was brought to the mat initially to stay in shape having no idea that Yoga would make a profound impact on my life. This is my motivation for teaching.
