Fleet Feet Malta Beginner Program 2021
Did you take up running during the pandemic? Do you have questions about how to proceed? How to go further, faster, or how to run more comfortably? Interested in reaching your potential? Need some people to run with? Join the Fleet Feet Malta 5K Beginner Program this spring. This program doesn’t have a specific goal race; instead, its intention is to establish consistent habits, greater fitness, have fun, and help you to develop your running to meet future goals however you may define them. The benefit of training with an experienced coach means that everything you do has a specific purpose. It’s a great feeling knowing that your training is always leading to progress.
Experienced coach Megan Wegener will be offering an in-person beginner program based in the Malta area starting May 10-July 1. The program will meet on Mondays at 6:00 PM and Thursdays at 6:00 PM.
In-person training groups will also have access to our growing library of instructional videos that will be used to further enhance your training.
A completed medical waiver will be required before undertaking either program.
Participants in the in-person program will still be required to socially distance and wear masks while running in close proximity to other runners, as well as during warm up and warm down. Participants will also be required to bring their own water. All of our social-distancing protocols are designed to keep you safe during a time of transition.
The in-person program will cost $100 for the session.
