Our 5k Fast training is designed with your growth in mind. This training is not for the fast runner but for the runner who wants to become faster. 5k Fast takes you from completing a 5k to learning how to challenge yourself, push your limits and run even faster. The runners who will enjoy this training are those who are currently looking for a challenge, highly committed to pushing their running limits and those who have found themselves stuck in a running rut, unable to acheive new PR's and want to find out why! Many of us have been there and now we have a group to help you run to where you want to be. Join 5k Fast and see where your running takes you!

Meetings: Sundays at 8:30 am and Thursdays at 6:30 pm

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

While this training is not a program exclusively for fast runners,
all participants must have the ability to run without walk breaks at a pace of 11 minute mile or faster
Trainees should have no active injuries
Participants must use reflective clothing and lights for nighttime workouts
