Our next Trailheads! session starts Sunday, July 26
There may be nothing better than the joy of running free on an open nature trail. Opportunities abound in the East Bay, and we will take you there. Learn the ins and outs of trail running from our seasoned, expert coach and his trail guide assistants. Each Sunday morning you will discover and explore new trails that will delight and challenge.
This nine-week program is suitable for experienced, conditioned runners. Prior trail running experience is not required.However, at minimum, participants should be able to run 3 or more miles continuously to start the program.
TIMES AND LOCATION
Weekly group workouts on Sundays at 8:00 am and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
Location of Sunday runs will be at different trails in the East Bay, determined by the Coach.
GOAL RACE
Our goal race is Brazen Racing's Auburn Half Marathon on September 27.
This historic Gold Country destination is known as the Endurance Capital of the World, due to its abundance of scenic trails.

GENERAL INFORMATION
This program is designed for experienced runners, 18 years of age or older
At the start of the program, participants should be able to run 3+ miles continuously
Participants should have no active injuries
Participants are required to have and use safety equipment as directed by the coach
Although we love dogs and children, for the safety of all participants, please do not bring them to the training workouts.
REGISTRATION INFO
Training Program registration does not include race registration fees. Participants must register separately for the race.
We are unable to offer registration fee refunds unless you notify the coach immediately after the first class. Refunds will be net of processing/administration fees.
