FIRST, WE LISTEN 

We ask about YOU. How will you use the shoes? Are you currently walking or running? Do you have aches and pains? What are your goals? There’s no such thing as too much information here and the more we can discover, the better we can help!

SECOND, WE ASSESS

We measure your feet, using the Feet Feet exclusive fit id, and analyze your stance, stride and motion as you walk. We assess your foot shape as we know all shoes have a different shape as well. We then assess the tightness in your calves with an Addaday massage roller; tightness in calves impacts motion.

THIRD, RECOMMENDATIONS

Based on the assessment and your needs, we'll give you several shoes to try that we think you'll love. You will also wear-test a fresh pair of non-cotton socks from either Balega or Feetures. Next, you will either walk or run in the shoes so we can further assess the fit and support, and you can tell us how they feel. No matter how many shoes you try, we will work with you to find that right match. From getting the shoes on your feet, to lacing them up, we’re with you the whole process. We will also talk socks, insoles, gear or apparel – anything we think might benefit you.

LASTLY, WE PLAN

You’re geared up and ready to go, so what’s next? Time to look ahead. Training programs, tips, injury prevention (or recovery) – these are all things we’re more than happy to discuss and plan right alongside you. The end of the FIT process is only the beginning!
