Running Changes Everything
MIAM is a 4-week walking/running program designed to help beginners or former runners take the first steps to run/walking a one-mile distance. MIAM can also prepare you to enter our 5k No Boundaries training program which follows.
We coach you on how to achieve good running form and strategies to stay injury-free. The program includes a guided training plan designed for you to work at your own comfortable pace in a positive, fun, non-judgmental environment. We meet 2x weekly for group workouts; your plan will include additional activities that you complete on your own.
At the end of the four weeks, you'll be mentally and physically able to complete one mile, using run-walk intervals. You will be at the right fitness level to continue into the 5K No Boundaries training program, at your option.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Trainees should have no active injuries
Participants must use reflective clothing and lights for nighttime workouts
