Bridge Run Training Program FAQs
You have questions about how it works... And, we have answers!
Q: What does the registration fee include?
A: In addition to the training program, a cool and customized tech shirt, we offer experienced coaching and more.
Q: I've already registered for the 2026 Cooper River Bridge Run but I would still like to participate in the training program. Do I have to pay the $90 registration cost?
A: This year the training program registration cost does NOT include Bridge Run race registration.
Q: I want to participate; however, I cannot make the scheduled times.
A: At this time, these are the sessions we have scheduled. We would love your feedback as to what times best work for your busy schedule. Please email Sarah at Sarah@FleetFeetMountPleasant.com.
Q: My schedule doesn't allow me to commit to the scheduled times of one location. Can I do the evening session in one location and the Saturday session in the other location?
A: Yes, you may. However, we ask that you email our Bridge Run Training Coordinator, Sarah, at Sarah@FleetFeetMountPleasant.com so that she can organize the information that you and our coaches will need.
Q: What paces should I expect?
A: Each group will have a variety of paces. It is important to us to have mentors and coaches for our programs so we can facilitate as many as people as possible. Please note that the Run10K group has prerequisites for joining the program. Run10K participants must be able to complete a 5K in 45 minutes or less.
