Fall 2026 Training Session Registration Is Open!
No Boundaries II is designed for graduates of No Boundaries I and runners who have completed their first 5K and are ready to improve—but aren’t quite ready to move up to longer distances yet. This program builds on a traditional 5K walk/run foundation while introducing structured speed work to help you gain strength, confidence, and efficiency.
Speed work will be added to the traditional 5K walk/run interval schedule. By the end of the program, participants will be able to run a strong 5K with no walk breaks. With expert guidance, group support, and purposeful training, No Boundaries II is the perfect next step in your running journey.

Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 8:30 AM at Fleet Feet Mount Pleasant

Description: No Boundaries II is designed for No Boundaries graduates and for those who want to improve at the 5K distance. This intermediate level program is perfect for all paces and training levels and is perfect for those who recently ran their first 5K and want to improve but do not want to do longer distances. Speed and hill work will be added. By the end of the program, participants will be able to run a strong 5K. Runners are required to comfortably be able to complete a 5K prior to joining this program.
