No Boundaries is designed for beginners and runners returning after injury or an extended break—but all levels are welcome. This supportive, 10-week program is structured to help you confidently cross the finish line.
Along the way you’ll get the motivation to keep you moving, expert guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics covering topics like proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and injury prevention. Best of all, you’ll train alongside a community of others on the same journey, building confidence, consistency, and camaraderie every step of the way.

Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 8:30 AM
