Start your week off right every Monday in March & April at 5:30pm and get a run in with us from our E. Syracuse store.
Pick your distance between 3-6 miles to run at your own pace.
Run it fast or run it slow. Meet some new running buddies to chat with while you break a sweat or get your heart pumping and try to keep up with the "fast kids."
When you're out we ask that you be courteous to our neighbors while running by making sure to look both ways before darting into traffic, running off to the side and letting cars pass, and be sure to give our neighbors a wave as you run by!
1) Sign up through the online waiver to join us for the run.
2) Bring your running shoes or book an appointment to come early and get fit for a new pair.
3) You'll also need some reflective gear or lights, hydration, and a facemask (must be worn when not running).
