DIRECTIONS, PARKING & SHUTTLING
VIP PARKING: MUST BE PARKED BY 8:20AM. Participants who purchased VIP parking should enter the upper portion of the park via Streetcar Drive off Dorsett Rd. You will be asked to present your VIP parking pass. If you did not pick up your parking pass at pre-race packet pickup, you will need to bring your confirmation email to show the volunteer at the entrance to the park. Please follow directions from volunteer parking attendants on where to park.
Special note: Due to having wave starts this year, we understand some in the later waves may wish to arrive later than 8:20a. If you wish to arrive later than 8:20a, we will be happy to refund your VIP parking fee and you can park in the lower parking off Marine Ave. Please contact jules@fleetfeetstlouis.com if you would like a refund.
FREE PARKING: Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the lower parking lots off Marine Ave. Please then take the stairs all the way to the upper portion of the park where the pre-race will be located near Go Ape.

RACE START
Please do not arrive to the start line more than 5-10 mins before your wave. In order to reduce trail congestion, racers will begin in groups of 30 every 5 mins. The first ~1.5 miles of the course is a parade lap on the road allowing runners to spread out before jumping onto the single-track trail. Please wear your race number visibly on the front of your torso.
WAVES TIMES
(times will be posted Wed)
AID STATIONS
An Aid station providing water and first aid kits will be located near mile 4 course. We highly recommend athletes carry all hydration and nutritional needs in their running pack. Need a pack or other race day supplies? With your race bib, receive a discount on any in-store purchase at Fleet Feet St. Louis.
COURSE ETIQUETTE
(1) Immediately before passing another athlete, clearly announce “On your right!” or “On your left!” and then make the pass on that side. (2) If you must listen to music while competing, please wear only one earbud and keep the volume low. During the race you WILL need to hear what other racers and volunteers are saying. (3) We must leave the trail cleaner than we found it. Please help by carrying any trash you find to the aid station or finish line.
MEDICAL SUPPORT
Athletico Athletic Trainers will have a crew at the start/finish area. A first aid kit and cell phone will be available at the aid station. In case of emergency, locate a cell phone as quickly as possible and call 911. In case of a minor injury, make your way to the closest aid station or course marshal and ask them to call for a shuttle. If requested, we will gladly refund the entry fee for any participant who stops or delays their race to assist an injured athlete.
