- Promote Education - No matter where you are in your running journey, there are a lot of common misconceptions about the sport. From hydration to stretching, nutrition to recovery, you'll get education on how to train the best way, so you feel confident in your plan and your training.
- Gain Accountability - Weekly check-in calls help you stay accountable to your plan and your goals.
- Reset Your Mindset - Motivation ebbs and flows. Together, we overcome motivation fluctuations, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs so that you can stay on track.

Meet our Head Personal Coach, Amy Bostick...
Amy is a UESCA Certified Running Coach with a background in Nursing. She is a long-time runner, having run everything from fun runs to marathons. She is passionate about making running fun and enjoyable while helping others crush their goals. Amy has also been a Girls on the Run coach since 2018 and enjoys being involved in the community. Other than running and coaching, Amy enjoys traveling, biking, reading, and true-crime podcasts.
