ABC Run/Walk #120 is July 17

ABC Run/Walk #120 (& pool party), to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospitalwill be Sunday, July 17, 7:30 a.m. (doors open at 7:00).  
ABC runs are free but donations of any amount are greatly appreciated.  Cash or checks (make checks payable to St. Jude).
Meryl Brown will host this event at 17 Long Cove Ct., Bloomington.  
Bring your swimsuit -- pool party! ABC#120 is the morning after Dog Days 5K, good time for a recovery run and relaxing by/in the pool.
Suggested route is 5 miles. Water/Gatorade will be near Vernon crossing (2.5 mile mark). Run/walk longer or shorter if that fits your schedule better.
After the run, feast on fantastic food & drink. Meg’s coffee cake, & much more.  Bring something to share if you wish.
