Description: No Boundaries is a 5K training program made for beginners, no experience needed. We ease into running with plenty of walk breaks and encouragement along the way. You will make friends, finish a 5K and realize you are capable of more than you thought. No stress, no pressure. Just progress.

Description: This program is designed for people that are wanting to complete their first Half Marathon distance or improve on their past distance time. We will train for 10 weeks and along the way we provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you?ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!
