TRAIN TO RUN OR WALK A 5K WITH NO BOUNDARIES
No Boundaries is a coached & organized group training program aimed at 1) those who are coming off the couch and wish to learn to run or walk for fitness and 2) those who have already successfully completed a 5K and wish to improve their time. Your goal event is a 5K race (3.1 miles). Fleet Feet has over 15 years of experience in offering an organized and coached 5K running and walking program. The continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal - and creates lifelong friends along the way!

Goal Race: Sweetheart Run 5K
TRAIN TO RUN OR WALK A 10K WITH PATHWAYS
Pathways is an 8 - 10 week coached intermediate running and walking program that is proven to help you build your endurance. Pathways prepares you to run or walk a 10K (15K in Fall) in an effective and safe manner. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for running or walking longer distances so it is the perfect program for those who eventually want to train for a half marathon or marathon. Pathways offers pace groups for various abilities with support, motivation and encouragement from experienced certified coaches. The continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal - and creates lifelong friends along the way! Must have participated in No Boundaries or must be able to run or walk a 5k while maintaining at least an 18 min/mile. Must be 16 to participant on your own. Children ages 12 and up are welcome provided they are with a parent or guardian at all times.

TRAIN TO RUN OR WALK A HALF OR FULL MARATHON
Our half marathon and marathon program is a distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk a half marathon or marathon in 15-18 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our half marathon and marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. To be successful in our half marathon training, you must be able to run or walk 4-6 miles without struggling when the program begins. To be successful in our marathon training, you must be able to run or walk 6-8 miles without struggling when the program begins. For walkers: we require that you be able to maintain a minimum 16 minute mile pace without struggling and have completed a recent 10km or similar distance event to participate in the half marathon or marathon walking program.

Saturday Only Option
If you only plan to attend on Saturday's (the long run/walk day), the price is reduced to $72.00 from the normal fee of $99.00 for the Spring session. Register as normal and during the registration process you will be asked if you only want to sign up for the Saturday only option. If you select YES for this question your price at checkout before fees and taxes will be reduced by $27.00.
If you do select this option but do want to to drop in for a weekday workout from time to time you can do so by paying the $5.00 drop in fee at the store when you arrive.
