Description: No Boundaries is a coached & organized group training program aimed at those who are coming off the couch and wish to learn to run or walk a 5K. Your goal event is a 5K race (3.1 miles). Fleet Feet has over 14 years of experience in offering a beginner fitness training program and the continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal. Please consult with your doctor before starting a fitness program.

Description: Pathways is an 8 - 10 week coached intermediate running and walking program that is proven to help you build your endurance. Pathways prepares you to run or run/walk a 10k or 15k (goal distance will depend on season) in an effective and safe manner. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for running longer distances so it is the perfect program for those who eventually want to train for a half marathon or marathon. Pathways offers pace groups for various abilities with support, motivation and encouragement from experienced certified coaches. In the fall this program is the official Tulsa Run 15K Training Program. Must have participated in No Boundaries FIT II (previously called No Boundaries II) or must be able to run or run/walk a 5k while maintaining a 14 min/mile.
Description: Our half marathon program is an advanced distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk a half marathon in 16-19 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our half marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. There are 13 half marathon pace groups. To be successful in our half marathon training, you must be able to run or walk 4-6 miles without struggling.
Description: Our full marathon program is an advanced distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk a full marathon in 16-19 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our full marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. There are 11 marathon pace groups. To be successful in our marathon training, you must be able to run or walk 6-8 miles without struggling.
Program Schedule: Tuesdays 6pm (and 6am May 7 - October 22) at The University of Tulsa Track
Program Fee: Free!
Description: If you want to run or walk faster you have to do faster workouts! Our Tuesday track workout, open and appropriate to all abilities/paces, if the perfect high-intensity workout to complement your long runs/walks and other weekly workouts.
Description: Drop in to any of our workouts for $10 payable by cash or credit card. It is your responsibility to research via our website or contacting us in-store to determine if the program has an appropriate workout for your goals and current ability.
