Fleet Feet Hill Workout @ The Armory
Tuesdays at 5:00 pm OR 6:00 pm. Please arrive early to check in and get instructions.
You must be back by 7PM.
No registration required to join us! But be sure to check in to sign the waiver.
Fleet Feet Hill Workout is a workout that you can walk or run. We start at 5PM or 6PM (you choose which you can attend and you must be back by 7PM. The route starts at Fleet Feet @ The Armory, Right on Culver, Left on Monroe, Left on Highland and start the Y's - which is up the right hand side of Cobbs Hills (Against traffic) to the garbage can at the top that moves all the time and then all the way back down to the gate, then up the left hand side (against traffic) to the stairs of the coliseum building and back down. One Y is 1.1 miles. To and from the park is about 1.3 miles. You can do as many Y's as you'd like as long as you are back by 6PM.
A positive attitude and sense of humor is required!
All participants must read and agree to waiver and that you agree to all of the following below:
- You have not tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days
- You have not shown symptoms for Covid-19 in the last 14 days
- You have not been around anyone who tested positive or showing symptoms for Covid-19 in the last 14 days
- You do not currently have a fever above 100 degrees
- You agree to stay home if you are not feeling well
- We are following CDC guidelines on masking - whereby if you are not vaccinated you wear a mask,. If you are vaccinated you are more than welcome to still wear a mask, it is your choice. We advise remaining socially distant as well.
Check in and gathering will take place outside under the overhang of Fleet Feet. Please bring your own water.
We cordially request that you adhere to all our safety guidelines and we reserve the right to deny entry to the group workout should protocols not be followed.
