Fleet Feet Sports Murfreesboro and Fleet Feet Sports Mt. Juliet is committed to helping you complete your training goals. We have designed our programs to give your couch separation anxiety. Start as a new runner who wants to finish your first 5k, or, as an avid recreational runner, try your foot at a 10k or 1/2 marathon. Each training program is 8-16 weeks ending with participation in a local race. You will meet with your training group and coach on your designated day. You will then receive your weekly workout via e-mail from your coach.
