Description: We will be preparing to race at The Big Run 5K to celebrate Global Running Day on Saturday, June 1, 2024. This spring training program is 12 weeks long. Training program also includes free race entry. And includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, 3 in-person runs per week, including 1-2 with the coach and 1-2 with team mentors present. Program registration also includes access to community speakers, product demos, and prizes throughout the season. Plus - a free training technical t-shirt. You do not have to train or run alone!
