The Big Run 5k Training Programs Start Soon!

Whether you're looking to get active, stay active, or increase your 5k PR, our training programs have room for you! 

The upcoming training programs at Fleet Feet Flatwoods and Fleet Feet Brandon are 12 weeks long and your training plan is designed by our RRCA Certified, Fleet Feet Running Club Coach. Fleet Feet Lakeland will be hosting a shorter program.

During this Fleet Feet Running Club Training Program session, you will learn how to properly warm-up, running form fundamentals as well as suggestions for fueling & hydrating your runs. You will have the chance to connect with your coach to discuss your goals and experiences, and each participant will gain entry into The Big Run 5K on June 1st!

You do not have to train alone! Come train with us!
