Fleet Feet's Speed Demons Mile Training Program will help you prepare for the Harrisburg Mile! The program will guide participants through a training plan that will help you run the best mile of your life. Whether this is your first mile race, or you're hoping to win your heat, we'll help you get there! Starting June 15, this program will meet Saturdays at 8 a.m. at City Island and Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet. This six week program is free, but registration is required.
