Fleet Feet's Speed Demons Mile Training Program will help you prepare for the Harrisburg Mile. The program will guide participants through a training plan that will help you run the best mile of your life. Whether this is your first mile race, or you're hoping to win your heat, we'll help you get there! The program will meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet and Saturdays at 8 a.m. at City Island.
