Our Marathon Training Program, sponsored by HOKA, will start January 28 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at City Island and Saturdays at 8 a.m. at Fleet Feet. Whether you are trying to complete your first marathon or you are looking to run a personal best, we'll tailor your training accordingly. Our comprehensive coached program is led by Fred Joslyn and includes instruction on running form, pacing, hydration/nutrition, and tips to lead you to a successful race. Fred has many years of racing and coaching experience and will use his expertise to help you reach your goals. Program includes custom training program and a Fleet Feet Running Club apparel piece.
