Our summer half marathon training program will start June 27 and meet Sundays at 7 a.m. at City Island and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet. Whether you are trying to complete your first half marathon or you are looking to run a personal best, we'll tailor your training accordingly. The goal race is the Harrisburg Half Marathon, or any other fall half marathon. Our comprehensive coached program is led by Fred Joslyn and includes instruction on running form, pacing, hydration/nutrition, and tips to lead you to a successful race. Fred has many years of racing and coaching experience and will use his expertise to help you reach your goals. Program includes custom training program and a Fleet Feet Running Club shirt.
