Our Half Marathon Training Program, sponsored by HOKA, will start August 1 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg and Saturdays at 7 a.m at City Island. Whether you are trying to complete your first half marathon or you are looking to run a personal best, we'll tailor your training accordingly. Our 14 week program will gear you up for the YMCA Enders Insurance Harrisburg Half Marathon in November, or any other fall half marathon. Our comprehensive coached program is led by Fred Joslyn and includes instruction on running form, pacing, hydration/nutrition, and tips to lead you to a successful race. Fred has many years of racing and coaching experience and will use his expertise to help you reach your goals. Program includes custom training program and a Fleet Feet Running Club apparel piece.
