Our winter half marathon training program will start January 24 and meet Sundays at 8 a.m. and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at City Island. Whether you are trying to complete your first half marathon or you are looking to run a personal best, we'll tailor your training accordingly. Our comprehensive coached program is led by Fred Joslyn and includes instruction on running form, pacing, hydration/nutrition, and tips to lead you to a successful race. Fred has many years of racing and coaching experience and will use his expertise to help you reach your goals. We will have precautions in place to help keep everyone safe, so the program will feel a little different for a while but we're going to get back to training!
