The 10K training program will be geared towards those who plan on running a 10K near the first week of July!
- Dates of Duration: April 15th-July 4th
- Length of Program: 12 weeks long
- When & where do we meet at: Mondays at 6:00pm at Riley Track for a speed session workout, Wednesday mornings at 6:00am at the Fleet Feet store for an easy run, and Saturdays at 8:00am at Drake Field for a long run.
- The cost for this 12-week training program is $100
If interested in this training programs come to one of our information sessions hosted on: Thursday, March 7th at 6:30pm or Tuesday, March 12th at 6:30pm. We will have more information about all the extra goodies & deals you'll get along with the Training Program. And if you still aren't sure after an info session we will have a introduction group run Monday April 1st at 6pm at Drake Field!
