The trails are calling you!
Learn the twists and turns, ups and downs of trail running and become more comfortable with off-road terrain. Our experienced coaches will introduce you to terrific trails in the area while sharing important components for the unique demands of the trail...it's different than on the road!
Group sessions will include runs from 2-5 miles on local trails. Coaches will touch on trail safety, tips on stretching and recovery, hydration, avoiding injury and more.
The trail program is geared toward runners and run/walkers who are looking to branch out and try something new and different within their weekly running routine.

SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL PRIOR TO START OF PROGRAM
You should have the ability to run or walk/run 3 miles and be currently exercising at least 3 times per week.
