Our 12-week Fall Endurance Training Program is perfect for runners focusing on a fall half or full marathon goal race or simply looking to build base mileage. The program is flexible and customizable to fit your needs. Are your sights set on a mid October, early November rescheduled distance race (i.e. NJ Half/Marathon Series, NYC, Philly Half/Marathon, Bucks County, Chicago etc.)? Our experienced and motivating coaches and mentors will guide participants through training schedules and plans to maximize individual success. Utilizing the Final Surge Training app, your coach can tailor training to your comfort level, distance and ability.

SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL
The training program is perfect for the more experienced runner who has some base miles under his/her belt and is looking to maintain running fitness. Recommended for those who are
- running 4 miles consistently (half marathon distance)
- running 8 miles consistently (full marathon distance)
- averaging 15-20 miles per week over the last 3-4 months

REGISTRATION
- $175 ($8 a class)
- Registration for your goal event (i.e. NJ Half/Marathon, NYC, Bucks County, Philly, etc.) is NOT included in Fleet Feet's program cost. Registering for your goal event is the responsibility of each participant.
