Speed work is an important part of any training routine, but it's not something runners consistently stick with or like to do on their own. So let's get faster together!
Increase your strength and improve your speed with these weekly workouts designed to challenge your legs and your lungs. These speed workouts are aimed to make you a faster, more efficient runner or run/walker.
Every Thursday night, we will meet at Fleet Feet Delray Beach for a 6:30 p.m. workout. We will rotate in various speed workouts week to week, such as bridge repeats, fartlek runs and tempo runs.
We offer 3 sign-up options: $10 drop-in rate for 1 class to pay as you go, $35 of a 4-class package and $70 for an 8-class package. Packages do not expire. Arrive a few minutes early if you need to purchase a new package or pay to drop in.
No matter what distance, race or type of fitness goals you are training for, we can all benefit from a little speed work!
