We have updated our fall training programs to ensure that each and every Fleet Feet runner and walker gets the most out of this new virtual training experience! You will still find all the support, accountability, and fun you need to reach your goals, whether it's your first time walking or you're continuing your running journey.

Each costs $45 and includes:
- 10-week training plan with recommended runs and workouts
- Video resources to get educated on all things running, stretching, hydration, nutrition, gear, and more
- Weekly Zoom check-ins with Coach Stephanie and other participants
- Direct access to Coach Stephanie
- Social walls for encouragement between members
- Limited-edition BOCO hat to commemorate your hard work!
Choose your program:
- 5K Training: This is a beginner program and perfect for those looking to start running or walking regularly or want to come back after time off. There are different options: run-only, walk-only, run/walk intervals. The program starts at 1 mile.
- 10K Training: For those who are currently comfortable running 3 miles and want to build their distance or even work on their speed and consistency.
- Half Marathon: For runners who are currently comfortable running 5-6 miles and looking to run their first or 10th half.
Goal race:
- 5K + 10K: Burbank YMCA Virtual Turkey Trot
- Half Marathon: TBD
