Complete your first mile in 2023!
Previously called Make It a Mile, our Beginner Runner Training Program is a four-week program designed to help beginning runners take the first steps from walking to running. The program includes a safe, guided training plan that will allow you to work at your own pace in a non-judgmental environment. At the end of the eight sessions, you'll be able to run one mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong.
Training begins Monday, January 9, 2023.
RSVP for Info Night on Thursday, January 5 @ 7 PM at Fleet Feet Burbank.
The program costs $40 and includes:
- A 4-week training program
- Mondays and Thursdays @ 6:30 PM
- Meets at Whitnall Park South in Burbank
- Coach-led training sessions
