Get Fit, Stay Motivated, Keep Moving
This 8-week comprehensive strength program will get you fit, help you stay motivated + keep you moving during the cold winter months with workouts specifically designed to improve strength + stamina, which are the building blocks of a health, efficient runner. Group sessions will focus on improving strength specific to running, as well as build a base for our next training season. Winter Warriors is roughly a 50-minute class with a 1-mile cooldown run after.
THE DETAILS :
- Program runs Monday, January 9th, 2023 through Monday, February 27th
- 8-week Monday evening program designed to build strength, stamina, and overall body awareness.
- Certified trainer lead group workout followed by Fleet Feet coach lead cooldown run
- If you miss a Monday class, you may drop-in for another class offered by one of our trusted community partners, to be announced closer to program start.
