2024 Spring 5k & 10k Training

Fleet Feet CLE Running Club is proud to serve once again as the Official Training Partner of The Cleveland Marathon 5k + 10k.

Whether you're looking to run your very first 5k, set a personal record, or just meet new people + have fun, this is the training program for you! Join us for our Tuesday evening group runs from our Fleet Feet stores (Westlake or Pepper Pike) and Saturday morning group runs from a local park. Our group runs will be guided by our experienced + passionate coaches who will lead you through a dynamic warmup, provide support along our route, and lead a post-run strength or stretching routine. We've got you covered outside of group runs as well with a comprehensive 8-week training calendar that provides the recommended mileage, workouts, & recovery necessary to conquer the 2024 Cleveland Marathon 5k or 10k this May.

Key Dates + Perks :

• Tuesday, March 26 : 1st group run
• Satuday, March 30 : Kick-off celebration with Cleveland Marathon race directors, staff, + program sponsor ASICS

Group Runs:

Tuesdays at 6:30pm at Fleet Feet Westlake (26149 Detroit Rd., Westlake, OH 44145) or Fleet Feet Pepper Pike (30679 Pinetree Rd., Pepper Pike, OH 44124)

Saturdays at 8:30am at rotating parks + Towpath trailheads

Registration:

$65.00 before 12/31/23, $95.00 after 12/31/23
