Join us for our Fall Half Marathon Virtual Training Program. Starting on September 28th, this 8 week program includes a weekly email newsletter, online coaching support, training camaraderie and a weekly check in call on Wednesdays at 8.30pm with the Coaches. You can complete your training runs on your own time, while following a weekly plan provided by your coach.
