Brooks uses its GuideRail® technology to support your body in its natural motion path while keeping excess motion in check, ideal for those with flexible arches or who overpronate and like a bit of extra stability.

  • Upper - A new, engineered warp knit upper improves the fit and feel on your foot. It is breathable and flexible, while still being soft and secure.
  • Midsole - the new nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 is added to the Glycerin GTS and there is even more of it to give you a plush, durable and responsive ride. A broad platform makes sure you have smooth heel-to-toe transitions.
  • Stability - Brooks’ GuideRail® holistic support system supports your body in its natural motion path while keeping excess movement in check, similar to bumpers on a bowling alley.
  • Outsole - New RoadTrack rubber on the outsole is lightweight, durable and includes recycled silica.

What’s New

Brooks made the new Glycerin GTS softer and more sustainable. They added DNA Loft v3, a nitrogen-infused foam that is lightweight, responsive and durable. Designers also added 2mm of the cushioning to make it plusher and more comfortable over the long haul.

A new warp knit upper improved the breathability, fit and feel of the shoe and the new RoadTack Rubber includes recycled silica, is lightweight and durable. The recycled materials in the shoe are the equivalent of five plastic water bottles.

I am really struggling with this particular sneaker. Hard surface inside next to right toe really rubs. Same for the top of the shoes pressing hard on the top of the foot. This is my 4 or 5th pair of Brooks and have ordered the same size everytime. 9.5 super painful to wear. So disappointing compared to the other Brooks that I have loved.

I loved the Glycerin GTS 20 and was so excited to get these. I think they might be better than the 20's. The cushioning is very similar to the 20's but feels slightly better due to the change in shape. The toe box feels a smidge wider and is good. And the best part is they have better shoelaces! I'm looking forward to seeing what additional colors come out in the next few months.
