To ensure social distancing, we need to limit the spots at our group workouts. You will have access to two group trainings per week. Each week, you will be able to sign up for one of 25 slots at the Monday/Wednesday workouts, AND one of 25 slots at each of the Saturday AM offerings.
COST: $125 (does not include any race fees.
No refunds after the start of the program. We do not know yet to what extend we will need to provide virtual vs. in-person coaching. However, our goal is to provide the best level of half marathon coaching possible, even with COVID restrictions. Regardless of any in-person training limitations, you will be provided with a detailed training plan, weekly communication from your coach, weekly videos and a training program shirt.
The first long run of the program is 6 miles. You are welcome to walk, walk/run, or run the training distances.
This is a foundation level program. Running, interval running or walking, we want you to train with us! At this point, we do not have a designated race- but we are working toward a solution to ensure that everyone has a great half marathon experience, so stay tuned on that last detail!
