Joining our FreezeFest program! Hooray!
Be sure to follow these Strava settings so we see your posts! If we don't see your posts you won't get credit for your run/walk.
If you do not yet have a Strava account, download the Strava app and create a free account.
Please use the same name for Strava that you used in registering for FreezeFest.
Check your privacy settings on Strava. Please use "public" so that we can approve your request to join our group and track your mileage. There is an option to hide your map (see settings and "map visibility." We must see your activity to count in the streak.
Practice editing your activity (click 3 dots in top right then click "edit activity) so that you can label your entries. You will label each day's 2 miles with the name of the challenge and the date -- FreezeFest1/1, FreezeFest1/2, etc.
All activity must be consecutive miles. Ie. a 3 mile run/walk must be done consecutively- not three 1 mile walks.
All activity must be done outdoors.
