Description: This training program is designed to help you improve your performance with focus on endurance, speed and strength. We want to help you achieve your goal times! You will run 4-5 times per week (15-20 miles per week). We will go through periods of endurance, strength and speed work to build endurance and pace. The first week of training we will have 4-5 runs and your first long run will be around 7 miles.
