Our team of coaches will lead you through unique, customized workouts- all designed to help you get stronger, faster, and build endurance. All levels of fitness are welcome; workouts can be adjusted as needed to accommodate any level.
Monday Motivator: Tempo runs, fartleks, repeats, progression runs, hills.....this workout will start your week out strong. Workouts will vary in location. 6AM and 6PM classes.
Wednesday We Run Winston Run: Join us for a casual run, run/walk, or walk! Our training coach will provide cue sheets as an option for a 3-5 mile run/walk. 6PM at Fleet Feet WS.
Turbo Booster Thursday: Strength training! Building strength makes you a better runner and improves endurance. Workouts at Fleet Feet Winston-Salem. 6AM and 6PM classes.
Friday Night Social: Friday nights will be our night out! We will offer pub runs and other fun runs on approximately one Friday night per month. 6PM start.
Revival Sundays: On Sundays we will add in opportunities to stay stretched and limber....all while helping you stay injury free. From yoga to foam rolling workouts....this will be the workout that will help you rehab those muscles to get you ready for the next week. 4PM class.
