FREEZEFEST is back again for another month of fitness/excitement/torture....call it whatever you like!
Here's the challenge:
Get OUTSIDE, everyday in the month of January
Complete 2 miles/day, walking or running (no wheels allowed)
Honor code system, enter your workouts daily on RunSignUp
Share your walk/run on Strava and engage with other FreezeFesters (optional)
Last year we had almost 200 people in the challenge. This challenge is surprisingly tough...to get outside for 2 miles regardless of the weather. It sure does keep you active!
$25 Registration Fee (all proceeds donated to our charity Good Works Engine)
All official finishers (this is honor code, so we take your word for it if you really completed it) receive a finishers shirt (THIS YEAR IS LONGSLEEVE!)
We will gather in early February for a celebration and finisher shirt distribution at City Beverage
You must be registered by 8PM on January 1st to be considered an official participant.
