Join us for a fun, 6 week mileage maintenance program to get you through the holidays!
It's the most wonderful time of the year, but we all know how hard it can be to keep up a fitness routine through November and December! Especially with the colder weather and darker days (plus all those delicious cookies and late night holiday festivities!). That's where this program comes in! It is a low-key, fun 6 week program to help keep you motivated to move all the way through January. This is perfect for you if you are most comfortable at, or have been training for, the 5k/10k distance. All paces are welcome! We kick off on Saturday, November 16 at our East store location at 8:00 AM.
If you want to work towards a goal race, we would encourage you to train for the Hangover Half series of 5ks!
This program includes a uniquely made schedule, workouts led by your FFRC mentors, weekly holiday-themed gifts and treats, and more!
Tuesdays at 6pm: West store
Thursdays at 6/7pm: East side (alternating between pub run locations and our East store)
Saturdays at 8am: Alternate between East and West stores (as well as occasional off-site workouts)
